Help For Heroes

Supporting Help for Heroes by raising over £4,000

H&M Security Services Ltd, organised a charity event on behalf of Help for Heroes at the Prince Regent Hotel Woodford Bridge on Tuesday 8th May, where they raised over £4,000 for this charity.

Managing Director, Ian Henderson, who served in HM Forces (Army) for 6 years, was instrumental behind the Charity dinner. “As a former serviceman when you see the news on the TV and hear of all the wounded and fatalities, it is easy to forget about it very quickly. I just thought it would be good if I could help in some small way and I am sure this won’t be the last function H&M will organise. Help for Heroes is a charity that is worthy of our help.”
Sue Clack who received the donation on behalf of the charity, said, “Help for Heroes is a great support and all the work they do makes such a huge difference to so many troops. This donation will go to help wounded troops, their families and support infrastructure. The money raised will help so much and we really appreciate H&M’s support.” The cheque was presented at a party to celebrate the Queens Diamond Jubilee on Friday 1st June, at H&M Security Services offices in East London.
